Credit Cards

We DO NOT accept Credit Card payments. This is impossible indeed for any other online pharma, which sells products similar to our due to Visa and Master Card limitations.
Bitcoin / Litecoin (you can purchase them with your card) We accept both these currencies.
Litecoin is very similar to Bitcoin in all instances so we'll highlight here only procedures for Bitcoin. Money Order (Instant Money Transfer) - different systems
This is the major payment method available for us at the moment. You will get current payment details onto your email immediately after you place an order. After you arrange a payment, you send us all transfer details by email and we reply with the confirmation and set your order as PAID. Then we clear it within 1-2 working days and ship. No further confirmation is being sent unless there are any problems with the payment.
You can use your credit card to arrange such transfer online at the websites of respective instant money transfer systems PayPal We do not use PayPal. International bank-to-bank (wire) transfer
Existing customers may use this option for their convenience, but we do not provide our accounts to new customers due to security reasons. Again, you have to ask us for details after submitting an order. This is the cheapest payment method for orders above USD 700.

Shipping methods
All packages are shipped in a very discreet way. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments unless it contains only something non-controlled like Cytomel or syringes. But even for these we try to avoid indicating the words, which may rise extra attention by the post office.

If the order is too large to fit one box/envelope, it will be automatically divided into two or more packages. This is already included in the S&H-charges and will not increase cost of an order for you. Shipments are being made from different European countries, sometimes (very rarely) from outside EU but we always consider logistics and customs issues to eliminate seizure risks. All EU orders are being sent from EU only to avoid customs control.

You must ensure that your mailbox is safe enough to prevent package from being lost or stolen. The postman should not leave it at your door! Seizure and lost packages rate (due to USPS or other national post office fault) is no more than 2%, but make sure you indicated your address correctly, especially state, zip code and apartment number (these are the most common mistakes). We use fake return address and all returned packages will go to nowhere; we won’t be able to refund or reship in case of wrong delivery address.

Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so.
We are not scanners. Never do charge back without contacting us first and make sure we received your message. We can settle your problem much quicker by refund or reshipment, but if someone makes unreasonable charge back without prior notice we’ll consider this person as a scanner and retaliate.
In the case of goods arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order. In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered. Discounts
We offer substantial discounts depending on order volume and payment method chosen. The cheaper is processing of certain payment method – the bigger discount is. Also, we have loyalty program for customers with two or more paid orders. Check our current discounts at the upper right of the front page.
How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Once payment is received, we will dispatch your order within 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on various factors such as shipping method, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which means that we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any manual changes or cancellations of orders that have been already paid. But if you provided wrong delivery address, contact us anyway - we'll try to solve this unless it's too late. NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

What is the minimum and maximum quantity I can order at one time?
We have different minimal order limit depending on payment method. In most cases it starts from $200 / 250 in certain cases we allow $100 orders. We have $500 order limit for credit card and Alert Pay payment methods and no actual limit for all others (there might be technical limit, which we can raise upon your request). However, you should consult with your local FDA office regarding the quantity you would like to order, since there may be import regulations on those specific products and quantity.

Is it legal to purchase these products?
Since laws differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local FDA or customs office regarding the regulations and restrictions of your country. None of our customers reported legal problems so far although we are in business since 2003.

Can I buy your products through another way aside from the website?
Since we are specialized in internet mail ordering, our services are only available through our website. We DO NOT have "regular" pharmacy shop and do not allow picking up the goods at our office. Please do not ask where to visit us in Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, etc. as some people do.

How can I contact you?
Since our services are optimized to be conducted online and worldwide, you are more than welcome to contact our departments through our website using e-mail or ticket system. All messages will be answered within 24-72 hours (longer replies are possible during holidays and weekends). You can also make phone call 9-18 GMT, we try to answer most of them.

Do I need a prescription to order?
A prescription is NOT required to order our products.
